Considering Mr. Braza's weekday commitments as a government employee and his living arrangement with his mother and two siblings, their focus was on enhancing their home with an expansive balcony. This aspiration stemmed from their desire for a designated space where the family could come together and unwind, particularly during weekends.

Initially, the Braza family was content with the idea of a 3-bedroom layout, given the lot area of 72 square meters. However, our team at LED recognized the potential to optimize the space, allowing for the expansion to 4 bedrooms while still maintaining a comfortable and functional living environment for the family.

Following the completion of our construction services, the Braza Residence boasts several key features. The property enjoys sunset views, while inside, the kitchen is open and fully fitted. With two bathrooms and four bedrooms, ample space is provided for the family.

Parking convenience is ensured with space allocated for one vehicle. The floor area spans 79 square meters on a 60 square meter lot.
